Rev. Pamela Evancha has been in conversation with God longer than most of us have been in conversation with anyone. As a child, her grandmother told her, “God lives in your heart. God loves you. God listens. And God will help you through your life.” Pamela believed it—and she began talking back. She never stopped.
Her lifelong dialogue with the Divine—whispering, laughing, questioning, and receiving intuitive nudges—led her into ministry, metaphysics, and a commitment to helping others remember that God is not distant, but alive within each of us, loving us without condition.
Today, as she completes her Doctorate at IMM in Sedona, Rev. Pamela is a spiritual teacher, ordained minister, and artist whose warm humor and clear wisdom make deep truths feel wonderfully accessible.
Rev. Pamela will continue her series on the metaphysical interpretation of the Beatitudes. This Sunday her talk will explore the 4th Beatitude, Matthew 5:6: “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”

A Celebration of Life for Marilyn Braithwaite, longtime Unity member and music director, will be held at Unity El Paso on September 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM.
Funeral services for Iva Nell Thompson will be held at Funeraria del Angel Restlawn located at 8817 Dyer St. El Paso, Texas.
Visitation will be on September 24, 2026 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Funeral Service will take place on September 24, 2026 at 11:30 am.
A Committal Service will follow at Fort Bliss National Cemetery, 5200 on September 25, 2026, at 1:00 pm.
